Known Richard for a number of years, and he is a fantastic reliable person. Whenever I need my carpets cleaned in the future I will be calling him to take care of them.

This is the second time I have used Witch cleaning. Once for coffee stains up every single stair…they came out within the hour and carpet looked brand new. I have just had them found again because the cat had peed on the stair carpet. Smelt awful as you can imagine. A very lovely young man came round, they give you a text or phone call about an hour before they come so no need to wait in. Very polite, professional and got rid of the stain, which was fairly large and the smell has now gone. Excellent service all round. I will definitely be calling them again when I need a carpet cleaned.

Witch Cleaning not only assisted in a last minute Capet clean and fumigation, they did so with outstanding results and excellent communication from everyone involved. In fact I could not believe they were the same carpets. Their customer service was wonderful truly, stepping up with less than 24hrs notice. Excellent service, I will definitely use them again. We moved to a new house and the very light coloured carpets were filthy, I honestly thought they would need replacing as they had several very dark old stains. However, I called Witch Cleaning and they accommodated an appointment for me right away. The man who came, was extremely professional, quick and efficient. After they were cleaned, my carpets looked new - all the stains were gone! Again, I will definitely use this company again.

Disaster struck when the cat was locked in the living room over night and used our light grey sofa as a litter tray. Fortunately I spoke to the very knowledgable and attentive Richard and he sent Ben over within a few hours to clean the sofa. Ben was excellent - friendly and professional, half an hour later the sofa looked like it did when bought from the showroom and the evil odour was completely gone. Price very reasonable too. Happy customer.

We just had our sofas cleaned by Richard of Witch Cleaning and what an excellent job done. We were contemplating on getting new sofas until we tried them. The dirt and stains on the sofas have come out really well and we are very pleased with the service. We will surely recommend them any day.

A whole mug of strong tea was sent flying across our cream wool carpet. I tried to remove the stain a couple of times but realised I was probably going to make the whole thing even worse. Flicking thru Ashford Advertiser I spotted the ad for witch carpets. I rang and spoke to Debbie and within a matter of hours Richard called by and worked his magic. The result was better than I hoped and now the stain is barely visible. Am so grateful to Richard and Debbie and would not hesitate to recommend them

Nightmare scenario when our daughter drug brown acrylic paint across the pale carpet. Was distraught because of the shape of the carpet and the need for a speedy solution because once that paint dries...it’s never coming out. Jason came out just a few hours after the accident at 6pm(!!) to help us out. I’m incredibly grateful for the responsiveness and professional job.

Impressed with Witch Cleaning - cleaned our sofa which had cat urine all over it, had tried treating it ourselves but it wouldn't come out. They were very friendly and dealt with it all for us. Explained the risks and that it might not work. Richard came round and covered the sofa with cleaning materials, very thoroughly, and 2 and a bit weeks later we're still very happy - job done!
