Posting on behalf of my 99 year old mother! Had her nails done today. Iona was extremely patient and gentle! Great sense of humour and my mother was delighted with the end result! Update…Not only does mum have her nails done by Iona , but she has now added a, neck and shoulder massage to her monthly appointments! She is now 100 and has been complaining of neck ache…. I took her to have her usual massage from Iona 2 days ago which she adores and today I asked her how her neck ache was , Mum’s reply was “ what neck ache?” I think that says everything you need to know about Iona’s skills! I can honestly say that Mum really looks forward to her sessions with the ever patient Iona both for her nails and massage!

Had an eyebrow tint and was very pleased. Iona listens to what you want. One eyebrow is thinner than the other, but a clever application of the colour by her disguises this. She will even reapply if not quite right, but wasn’t needed this time. I would definitely go back when a refresh is needed.

We go to Iona on a regular basis for full body massages and back massages and always get a really good treatment. She seems to be able to judge the exact strength of massage you need at that moment in time. Would highly recommend.
