We got back today from our holiday 12a Brunswick Victorian Cottage - The Beach 2nd time returning there. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Short walking distance to the beach. Both times we have stayed at Amanda’s beautiful Victorian Cottage, we felt at home the moment we step in. We’re very impressed and happy to see how well presented & clean the cottage is. Amanda goes beyond and above to make sure you have a 💯% pleasant and comfortable stay. Love all the little details and characters the cottage have to offer. Very comfortable beds, beautiful Victorian bath. Amazing sea view from the single bedroom where my son William slept. It met all expectations and everything you could need for a wonderful holiday! Amanda is very thoughtful and kind, she left goodies in the kitchen which is a lovely touched, especially after a tiresome journey. Lovely pubs and restaurants all walking distance from the cottage too. We’ll definitely be back. Easy booking and great communication. Thank you so much again Amanda for everything! You’re amazing!!

We’ve stayed here a number of times and one word can sum it up - FABULOUS! This cottage is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, The Green and the Memorial Bandstand for HM RM Band. Near to pubs, cafes and a few shops. Everything you need within walking distance. Have a 15/20 minute stroll down the seafront to get to the town centre of Deal. The cottage itself is always super clean and tidy. The decor is in keeping with the early 1900’s, it’s beautiful and very well done. There is everything there that you need, a home from home. You are always left a welcome hamper with lots of nice treats and essentials. Have a sneaky look in the fridge for fizzy treat for the adults! Amanda is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend you stay here!!!

Just taken a long weekend winter break at the Victorian Cottage and had a wonderful time. Throughly recommended.

We have stayed in this delightful cottage several times and keep returning as it is so peaceful yet just a stone's throw from the sea. Furnished beautifully with Victorian features, a woodburning stove, and a rolltop bath, it manages to combine luxury with coziness. We always feel fully refreshed and invigorated after a stay here. Amanda is a great host, so lovely and accommodating, and we look forward to returning before too long. A real gem!
